Yes Bank teamed up with Silicon Valley-based robot platform Gupshup on Thursday to launch an artificial intelligence-based banking chatbot “YES mPower” that instantly provides information on loan products.
The ‘YES mPower’ bot is available via Facebook Messenger.
“Artificial intelligence-based conversations between brands and their consumers provide a better customer experience while reducing costs through automation,” Beerud Sheth, CEO of Gupshup, said in a statement.
With “YES mPower”, customers can get information on loan products such as personal loans, auto loans, gold loans and title loans, while products such as used car loans , home loans and home loans are expected to be added soon.
