On June 9, 2022, Rovio Entertainment Corporation transferred without consideration a total of 142,409 treasury shares of the Company to management and key employees of the Company on the basis of the Company’s stock-based incentive program.
Following the transfer, the Company holds a total of 7,424,173 of its own shares.
