Mary Costley brings nearly 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry to her role at North Shore Mortgage. “We are thrilled to have Mary join our team!” said John Matthews, vice president of North Shore Mortgage. “In addition to her deep industry knowledge, Mary is extremely focused on customer experience and prides herself on building long-term relationships with her clients.”

Jamie Marolt and Heather Turnacliff have also joined the region’s top mortgage team. Jamie has worked in the banking industry since 2008 and in the mortgage industry since 2012. Jamie has experience as a processor and systems administrator. Heather has worked in banking since 2007 and has been involved in the mortgage industry since 2017. Heather has worked as a construction draw specialist as well as in mortgage processing. “They will both be integral parts of our growing lending team, which will focus more on new builds,” Matthews said.
