Multibagger stock board sets record date for final dividend

The record date for dividend purposes was announced today by the Company’s Board of Directors.

“The Board of Directors, at its meeting on Friday, April 29, 2022, had recommended a final dividend of 0.50 paisa per share of Re. 1 each of the Company for the approval of Shareholders at the 45th Annual General Meeting (“ AGM”) which will ensue and which will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 11:30 a.m., pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Registration and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Company has fixed the Friday, August 05, 2022 as the record date to determine members’ entitlement to the final dividend for the year ending March 31, 2022. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the General Meeting, payment of this dividend, subject to withholding tax, will be made no later than Friday, September 09, 2022,” the company said in a regulatory filing.

On the BSE, shares of Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd. closed today at a price of Rs. 139.25 per share, down 3.27% from its previous close of Rs. 143.95. The title changed from 49.60 on July 23, 2021 at the current price over the past year, resulting in a multibagger return of 180.75%. The stock has gained 32.12% since the start of 2022. The stock has gained 29.72% over the past six months and 4.27% over the past month. The stock has fallen 5.94% over the past 5 trading days. Based on today’s closing price, the stock is trading above the 200-day moving averages, but below the 5-day, 20-day, 50-day and 100-day moving averages. The stock hit an intraday high of 147.65 with a bullish spread of 2.57% and an intraday low of 138 with a bearish spread of 4.13%). On BSE, 1,25,063 shares were traded today.
