CLEARFIELD, Pennsylvania, Feb. 3 10, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The board of directors of CNB Financial Corporation (CCNE) (the “Company”) has announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4453125 per depositary share, resulting from the declaration by the Company of a dividend of $17.8125 per share on its Series A preferred shares. The dividend is payable on March 1, 2022 for holders of record on February 15, 2022.
